Waitlists​

​

• Waitlists will open when pregnancy is confirmed and announced, you may join the email list for free. Your place in the general waitlist line will be according to the order in which your application is received and approved. 

• When the litter is born I will send out an announcement email to everyone on the list. If you wish to hold a specific puppy before selection day, you may do so for a non-refundable $100 (This will go toward the overall cost of your puppy). ​

 

Puppy Selection

 

• ​When a new litter is born I will start providing updates to waitlisted families. ​

• Final puppy selection will happen at six weeks after eyes have opened and personalities start to develop. (We provide no guarantee on eye color as it is susceptible to change within the first year). 

• ​We take temperament matching seriously. During puppy selection we will discuss with you which puppies best match your lifestyle. Of course color preferences will be taken into account, but we believe that all our puppies are beautiful and it is most important that personalities are compatible. 

• ​When puppy selection is complete $500 must be paid within 24 hours in order to officially hold your puppy. The rest of the full price must be paid by seven weeks old*. If you decide to back out on a puppy after puppy selection, you may not get a refund, but the amount will go towards a future puppy. This is transferable to other litters.

  • *This is to ensure time to find a home for all puppies so they can leave together. 

• ​To protect the health of mom and puppies, at home visits will not be allowed until pick up day, However you are welcome to request Facetime appointments as much as needed, and we will provide updates on social media and through personal text, call and/or email as requested.

Going home

​

• Puppies will not go home before eight weeks. After selection is complete at six weeks, I will send out an email regarding pick up day scheduling and procedures. If you are traveling, or your puppy is being shipped or delivered I will work with you on an individual basis. We love having puppies in the home but it is important for all puppies to leave around the same time so that left over puppies do not get too attached to our family.

• ​When you reserve your puppy you will receive a packet on new puppy ownership. This will include suggested collar, harness and crate sizing, recommended food, vet appointment info, daily schedule socializing, and training tips.  We will also send a list of suggested reference materials. We want to make sure you feel totally prepared to welcome home your new family member. 

• ​We want to give our puppies the best chance for a happy life where they will always have a loving home. If you send proof of graduation from completing a basic puppy training course in the first year, we will refund you $100. 

• ​​As your breeder we commit to the lifelong support of your dog. We will always be available for help and guidance should you need it!

Puppies may not be resold or rehomed without our express permission. Puppies will be returned to us if they cannot live with their families anymore. We are committed to the lifelong care of any dog we produce.

We require that our puppies are raised in a home with access to all their needs and common comforts. We understand that yes this is a dog, but we did not raise these puppies to live a life on a  chain or behind a fence.

Pick-Up/Shipping/Transport:

 

We are happy to have you come to our home to pick up your new puppy! However, to maintain soil safety we will have you meet our dogs and puppies in the front yard. If you would like to see where our puppies/dogs are raised I can give you a video tour via facetime.

• If you cannot come to us there are several options for delivery. All shipping options will cost variably depending on which you choose.

If you know you will need a flight delivery option please notify us early so we can book flights for the lowest price possible.

​Flight:

• If you fly to us we can meet you at the Idaho Falls airport or at the Salt Lake City International Airport (for an added charge as it is a 6 hour round trip drive for me) . I am willing to deliver via flight travel, or we can also recommend a flight nanny service. 

• We can deliver! There is a $450 delivery fee if I am flying to you, and you will of course pay for the cost of my flight, gas (if flying out of SLC) and cost of puppy travel ($100 for the airline). We will meet at your preferred airport to transfer your puppy!

• If it is within reasonable driving distance of Idaho Falls, It will be a per hour cost for me to deliver. We will meet at a neutral location.
